Looking Back On The Year

2012 has been an eventful year for the UK, and indeed the world. The UK has indeed stolen the limelight - First the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, then the London Olympics, with the Royal Wedding only taking place the year before. Apart from boosting the moral of the British people, it has also boosted a number of industries. One notable industry which received some news coverage was the Portable Loo industry.

Generally, the summer months are our busiest; this is usually when many outdoor concerts, festivals & all other outdoor events are taking place, with sanitation playing a key part in these. But due to the Olympics & Jubilee, 2012 has been said to be the biggest year on record for Portable Loos. Many companies forecasted their turnover to double just in the summer months alone. 

The Portable Loo industry is quite an obscure one; it's not generally one that springs to mind when you think of big business. However, Portable Toilets are a necessity in most outdoor events, therefor there's no drop in demand.
